FOR FAMILIES WHO PAY BY CARD AND PHONE · WITH KIDS 6 TO 12 YEARS OLD

You can’t hand a 6 year old a tap.

So here’s how they learn what money is worth.

The Screen Money Kit

Your child sees you tap. They never see money leave. This kit puts money back where they can see it. On paper. On your fridge. No cash needed.

24 pages. Five you print. $17.

“Just tap it Mum.”

To your child, that’s all paying is. A beep. Nothing leaves. Nothing runs out.

You’ve read the advice - Use coins, Use jars. But you haven’t had cash in your wallet for years and nor do you want it in your wallet.

So pocket money is a transfer. Spending is a tap. The balance sits in an app nobody opens.

You haven’t done anything wrong. Kids used to learn money by watching it move. Now it moves where they can’t see it.

Who wrote this?

I’m Adele. Mum of two girls, ages 6 and 8. I’m also a CPA (which is the least interesting thing about me!), and the Founder of Little Finance Builders.

Cash taught me fastest as a kid. Most families don’t carry it now. So I wrote down how to teach the same thing without it.

No bank, card or app is recommended anywhere in this kit (although it does include what to consider when looking to get your child a card), and we are not affiliates of any brands.

Put the money back where they can see it

If a child can’t see money move, they can’t learn from it moving.

So this kit puts the movement back. A number on the fridge that goes down when they spend. One minute at the checkout that turns a single card tap into a lesson. A page you both sign, so the rules are agreed and not argued.

Your child sees it. Then they get it.

$17. Once.

One page in this kit finds money your family is wasting. It usually pays for the kit within an hour.

Do that page first if you like.

Your child is learning what money is right now. At the moment, it’s a beep.

And Christmas is coming. Gift cards are on the way. Much easier with the plan already on the fridge.

One thing this Kit doesn't do.

It won’t tell you how much pocket money to give, how often, or how to split it. That’s Pocket Money That Actually Works. It can be found here.
